COMPANY HISTORY 2012-2023.
2012 – FORMATION
In June 2012, a new LPGroup company appeared on the Kazakhstan market.
LPGroup Kazakhstan was opened as a regional commercial structure. LPGroup already had a huge distribution package in Russia.
And we had a simple task – to sell goods according to the proven schemes of our Russian colleagues.
Here we are faced with the first major obstacle.
It turned out that in Kazakhstan in 2012 there were no companies professionally engaged in engineering in the oil products supply field.
All our customers asked not only to deliver this or that equipment, but also to consult, install and take facilities for service. In fact, we couldn't sell products without proper engineering support. The Kazakhstan market needed a full range of services, and we needed to develop our own engineering and technical service.
Of course, we had the engineering support of the Russian head office. However, the difference between the markets of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, their requirements and pricing was extremely large.
While our colleagues in Russia have worked according to GOST and proven schemes, we simply did not have standards. At the same time, our customers wanted to get ready-made solutions with minimal financial investments.
2012 – 2014 - IMPLEMENTATION
We have started to form our own structure.
During this period, we have actively developed both business standards and local engineering standards.
Today, the results of our efforts are a package of engineering standards, standards of service and quality of services provided in the oil products supply field throughout Kazakhstan.
2014 - 2016 - OWN ENGINEERING
At this time, the company is actively increasing its engineering and technical knowledge – our intellectual potential. 2016 - TIME FOR MAJOR PROJECTS
After just two years, investments in ETD allow the company to enter large-scale and significant projects. Exactly:

In 2016, the company received a large order from Gazprom - the design and installation of gas stations. The gas stations installed by us still fully meet the requirements and standards of both our Russian partners and the Kazakhstan market.
And we continue to develop.
We open our own branch in Kyrgyzstan, where we work closely with Gazprom and Rosneft. This is happening because Kyrgyzstan simply does not have the necessary specialists for 2016.
We are also open our own service center in Almaty.
We purchase tools, equipment, vehicles and other necessary equipment for round-the-clock maintenance of facilities.
We are starting to cooperate with GasEnergy to create a large company specializing in gas. This cooperation is a real indicator of our team's deep knowledge in the gas retail industry.
2017 – 2018 ADVANCED SERVICE STANDARDS
In 2017, we opened a project sales department that worked exclusively with large-scale projects. We provide a full range of services, including equipment supply, engineering, start-up and subsequent maintenance.
In 2018, a branch with a regional office and a service center was opened in Nur - Sultan. We conclude a contract for the maintenance of all GasEnergy stations.
In parallel with this, we carry out maintenance of Compass company facilities.
Our customer service is growing and strengthening, specialized warehouses are opening in Almaty and Nur-Sultan cities.
2020 – GROWTH POINT
In 2020, LPGroup Kazakhstan is experiencing its third growth point.
For us, this is a time of major investments in the company development.
While others give up and tighten their belts, we are looking for new volumes, recruiting and introducing new specialists, as well as segmenting the company.
For 2020, we have 12 distribution packages; we can advise and sell more than 10,000 items of goods.

2021 – HUGE EXPERIENCE AND SERIOUS PROJECTS
In 2021, we passed a grand marathon from the Petro Retail Company that includes more than 100 gas stations of Qazaq Oil.
We have sustained the pace of commissioning and construction of GasEnergy, Gasprom, Compass and Sinooil multi-fuel complexes.
We launched more than 300 Gilbarco Veeder-Root gas columns, 200 Red Jacket submersible pumps, installed 75 level gauges, 30 tanks and laid more than 10 km of double-walled Durapipe plastic pipe.
20 AMT-GAZ technological systems have been put into operation.
Without stopping the workflow, we completed the modernization of automatic fire extinguishing at one of the largest oil depots in Kazakhstan.

2023– REACHING NEW FRONTIERS AND FURTHER GROWTH OF THE COMPANY
Having achieved outstanding results during the intensive growth of the project portfolio in previous periods, LPGroup in 2023 focused on consolidating achievements through product line diversification, debugging more flexible sales and pricing policies, finding new customers, as well as building a dealer network.
It should be noted that the company faced new challenges due to constantly changing geopolitical factors that led to a change in both suppliers and the adaptation of logistics chains. The 2023 year can be described as an era of change and the scrapping of the established rules of the game. Thus, some of the European equipment manufacturers preferred to offset their own sanctions risks due to the total refusal to supply new equipment to the CIS countries, as well as support for the installed base of devices from their customers in Kazakhstan that caused irreparable damage to the image of such players.
