Terms of payment
When buying as an individual, you can pay for the order in two ways:
Electronic payment systems
You can pay for the order directly on the website when placing an order using electronic payment systems. We accept Visa and MasterCard cards, HalykQR. To pay for a purchase, the site will redirect you to the server of the ASSIST system, where you must enter the card number, expiration date, name of the holder or scan the QR code through the Halykbank application.
You may be refused authorization if:
· if your bank does not support 3D-Secure technology;
· there are not enough funds on the card to purchase;
· the bank does not support the online payment service;
· the waiting time for data entry has expired;
· an error was made in the data.
In this case, you can re-authorize in 20 minutes, use another card or contact your bank to resolve the issue.
Payment of the invoice via bank transfer:
When choosing this payment method, the website generates an invoice for payment by bank transfer. You can pay the generated invoice at your bank's branch, or through your bank's application. When funds are credited to the supplier's account, the status of your order will change to the status "Paid". After payment, the transfer may take up to 2 business days.
When paying by any method, the buyer receives an electronic fiscal receipt to the email address specified in the registration data in your personal account on the website.
