The purpose of the device is to link together the operation of POS systems and equipment for GSs from different manufacturers, using a wide range of characteristics for communication and access anywhere.
The PSS 5000 is easily integrated into the work environments of POS and fuel retail systems, providing control of all types of equipment.
The PSS 5000 controller has a single European MID certificate, supports 100+ different control protocols for various technological devices and equipment for use at the GSs. There are more than 100,000 such controllers installed in the world, and the long history of the success of the PSS5000 makes it possible to provide a high level of quality and unique product properties at a reasonable price.
This controller is primarily intended for developers of inhouse retail automation applications at the GSs.
LPGroup provides a product inventory, warranty and technical support for customers who use PSS 5000 controllers in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To automate technological processes and ensure automated accounting, LPGroup offers a turnkey hardware and software package from the manufacturer – ORPAK ™.

Engineering services
LPGroup performs the entire range of work on the development and implementation of control, dispatching and accounting systems for any facilities of the oil and gas industry, energy and housing and communal services.
The DCS installation is carried out in accordance with the working draft, as well as accepted industry standards.
We have the appropriate licenses and strictly adhere to the existing rules and requirements for the installation of automation equipment, instructions of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, safety and labor protection regulations, fire safety regulations.
Before the installation of technical means of automated control systems, all necessary premises must be prepared with the installation of foundations for equipment, double floors for laying cable channels, laying boxes, pipes in floors and walls, trenching, etc. All listed works must be specified in the construction assignment.
LPGroup performs all stages of turnkey construction – from laying the foundation to debugging the automated control system.
Technical means of DCS, before installation, are bench tested that determine the integrity of the structure and electrical circuits, the error of control systems, the operation of all devices.
The technical means of DCS are installed in accordance with the working and operational documentation for the system in pre-prepared premises.
We follow a standardized installation sequence:
the order of transportation, the rules of unpacking, inspection and completeness verification, the rules of deconservation of the automated control system, the rules of equipment placement, the sequence of installation of the automated control system, installation methods, the methodology for verifying the correctness of installation requirements documentation.
All installation work is carried out by industrial methods using unified assembly equipment units.
The maintenance and operation of the DCS is carried out in accordance with the maintenance and operation instructions.
